A hand-assembled box set of the book contains twelve volumes of images and an accompanying reader, totaling over one thousand pages. The book is housed in a hand-built slipcase. The covers were printed on a Vandercook letterpress at Columbus Printed Arts Center, and the interior was printed in collaboration with the Ohio State University printing press.
